1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos as proof.

  • Unopened & Unused Products: Due to the nature of our food and nutrient products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

  • Non-returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

2. How to Request a Refund

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps.

  3. If approved, you will be instructed on how to return the product.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of replacement requests, we will dispatch the new product within 3–5 business days after approval.

4. Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect products: Return shipping charges will be covered by us.

  • For other eligible returns: Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them for a full refund.

  • If your order has already been shipped, it will fall under our return policy guidelines.
